I have made a couple purchases from Urban Tots and I am always very pleased with their products. My last order was shipped to me with an outfit missing. I emailed the same day and received an email back that very same day! The email contained a very sweet apology and a promise to send out the missing product ASAP. I was a bit nervous because the clothing was a gift for a baby shower I was attempting that upcoming weekend. The next morning I received another email that the product was packaged being shipped to me. The clothing arrived three days later and just in time for the party. I really appreciate how wonderful the staff is at Ubran Tots!! Thank you for the amazing customer service and super cute clothes.
